If an item you purchase on the website arrives broken or damaged, We can hopefully fix and return it back to you no charge. All commissioned pieces that are customized cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded due to nature of it being personalized by the client. Here at Natalie Waldman Art Inc. we do not provide refunds for any item unless there are very specific and unusual circumstances.
